Dr Tanay completed his Spine Fellowships & Observerships in India from esteemed Institutes like Ganga Hospital, Coimbatore, Apollo Hospital, Chennai Indian Spinal Injury Centre, Delhi He has conducted many workshops and camps in JESS all over India. DR Tanay has been a Faculty at national and International conferences like UPOA , APOA , KOA Won Gold Medals, best paper and poster awards at national and International Conferences (BOSC, IOACON , APOA ) He is Organizing Secretary for Young Surgeons Forum , Mumbai, August 2018.
